The folks at Simpson have been great to work with. They promptly answered my questions about the brush was delivered to my door 8 days after the order was placed! This is from Britain to the midwest in the USA!
The brush is very good. I also have a Chubby 2 Synthetic and these are my two favorite brushes. The Duke 3 Synthetic has good backbone but somehow is still very soft as well as having a comfortable handle, and a good knot. It is a pleasure to use while shaving.
